Hi,
I have 3 published Udemy courses and I am looking for one freelancer who can bring real paying learners using their own marketing channels.
This is a commission-only, performance-based role.
There is no fixed payment, no hourly rate, and no upfront fee.

Compensation Model (Monthly Net Profit Share)
Your payment is based on monthly net profit only.
Monthly Net Profit is defined as:
The actual APPROVED / PAID affiliate earnings shown in the Udemy affiliate dashboard (Impact).
Discounted sales → included
Subscription-based enrollments → included
Refunds / chargebacks → automatically excluded
Pending or estimated earnings → NOT included
The Impact dashboard is the single source of truth.
Revenue Share
First 3 months: 30% of monthly net profit
After 3 months: 20% of monthly net profit
Revenue share applies only to sales generated via your tracked affiliate links.
Payment Timing (Refund Protection)
Payments are made one month later, after the refund window is fully settled.
Example:
Sales made in May
Approved earnings visible in Impact at the end of June
Payment is made in early July
This ensures:
No refund risk
No negative balance
No retroactive adjustments
Refund & Abuse Policy
Refunded, cancelled, or chargeback transactions are not counted
Any attempt to generate fake, self-refunded, or policy-violating sales results in immediate termination
Udemy and affiliate program rules must be strictly followed
Your Responsibilities
Promote the courses using your own channels
(LinkedIn, blog, Medium, email lists, communities, ads, etc.)
Use tracked affiliate links only
No content creation required from me
No marketing consulting — execution only
