The ideal candidate will design and implement high-performing automated funnels and campaigns specifically tailored to the German market, ensuring professionalism, precision, and measurable results.
This role requires a deep understanding of the German market's unique requirements, including GDPR compliance, cookie policies, imprints, and other legal specifics. Fluency in German is essential to ensure culturally appropriate messaging and seamless communication. Additionally, the freelancer will train our team to independently adjust and manage campaigns within GHL for long-term success. Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on the German audience that aligns with our business goals and enhances our reputation.
- Build end-to-end lead-to-customer funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL).
2. Campaign Management in GHL:
- Design and manage targeted campaigns leveraging email, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google My Business, and other platforms.
- Utilize our 6,000+ customer database for personalized outreach while maintaining brand integrity.
- Gradually integrate paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) after optimizing organic efforts.
3. Reputation Management & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all campaigns are accurate, professional, and aligned with our brand voice to avoid reputational risks.
- Implement quality control measures within GHL to prevent errors in messaging or targeting.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations and other legal requirements specific to Germany.
4. Training & Knowledge Transfer:
- Provide hands-on training to our team on how to adjust and manage campaigns independently within GHL.
- Share best practices for campaign optimization and troubleshooting.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Set up Looker Studio for real-time analytics integrated with GHL for transparent performance tracking.
- Provide actionable insights to reduce friction between stakeholders and improve ROI.
6. Performance-Based Payment Structure:
- €20 per acquired customer (customer defined as one who completes a paid consultation or service).
- Bonus: 20% fee increase if CAC is reduced by 10% or more compared to the baseline established in the first month.
