I run a Telegram channel and need an expert who can both craft eye-catching animated promotional videos and handle their paid placement across Telegram.
Your creative brief:
• Produce short, animated promos that feel dynamic and modern. They must rely heavily on special effects to grab attention and convey the core message in 30–60 seconds.
• Optimise each video for Telegram’s compression limits so quality stays crisp on mobile.
• After delivery, set up and run targeted Telegram ad campaigns, placing the videos in relevant channels/groups, tracking views, clicks and conversions, and reporting results back to me.
You may use any pro-level tools you’re comfortable with—After Effects, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar for editing, plus native Telegram Ad Platform features or trusted third-party services for distribution.
