Teen Education Service Launch -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a service-based venture focused on education for teenagers. The core idea is to deliver engaging learning experiences—offline, online, or a mix of both—tailored to the needs and interests of today’s teens.
What I need now is structured support to move the concept from rough notes to a market-ready offering. This includes clarifying the value proposition, shaping the curriculum, and outlining a marketing approach that actually resonates with a teenage audience.
Here is what I’d like you to help me accomplish:
• Refine the overall business concept for a jasa Pendidikan model, making sure the program themes and learning outcomes feel fresh and relevant.
• Develop a concise yet flexible curriculum framework (modules, recommended duration, delivery format).
• Craft a go-to-market plan: target personas, positioning, key channels (think TikTok, Instagram, small-group workshops), launch timeline, and content ideas.
• Provide clear, actionable next steps so I can start recruiting mentors, securing partnerships, and rolling out the first pilot group.
Acceptance criteria
1. A written concept document (max 10 pages) covering mission, teen-centric value proposition, and revenue streams.
2. Curriculum outline with session objectives and suggested activities or media.
3. Marketing roadmap that lists platforms, content angles, and a 3-month rollout calendar.
4. All files delivered in editable formats (Google Docs or Microsoft Office) and a brief walkthrough call once everything is ready.
If you have a track record in youth education, curriculum design, or digital marketing for Gen Z, I’d love to hear how you would tackle this project and see examples of similar work.
