Global Creator Scout & Influencer Partnership Manager (Remote)
Position Overview
Rise is expanding its global creator network and is seeking detail-oriented Talent Scouts to identify, contact, and onboard social media content creators across TikTok.
In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between international influencers (from rising micro-creators to established talent) and structured, recurring brand campaign opportunities managed through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Scouting & Identification: Conduct targeted outreach to identify high-potential creators across various digital niches globally.
Onboarding & Value Proposition: Present the Rise platform ecosystem to creators, demonstrating how they can secure ongoing brand deals, structured monthly monetization, and dedicated operational support.
Portfolio Development: Facilitate creator registration through your dedicated onboarding process and manage initial communication.
Candidate Qualifications
Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
Strong understanding of modern social media dynamics, viral metrics, and creator engagement.
Self-driven work ethic with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Prior experience in digital marketing, talent agency workflows, or virtual assistant outreach is preferred but not required.
