- No SEO
- No digital marketing campaigns running
- A small but functional website (needs improvement)

They need a freelancer to build everything from the ground up — but as a one-time project, not a long-term role.


What they Need (Complete Setup – One Time):

1. E-Commerce Website Improvement
- Audit my current small website.
- Suggest and implement essential improvements (speed, mobile-friendliness, basic UX, product page structure).
- Ensure it is ready for SEO and tracking tools.

2. Complete SEO Setup (From Zero)
- Keyword research.
- On-page SEO for all existing product/service pages.
- Technical SEO basics.
- Setup Google Search Console + Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- No ongoing SEO — just initial full setup and documentation.

3. Digital Marketing Foundation (From Zero)
- Set up Google Ads account + Meta Business Suite.
- Create one Google Search/Shopping campaign.
- Create one Meta ad campaign.
- Install conversion tracking.
- Provide a simple marketing plan (targeting, budget suggestions, ad copies).

Deliverables (Clear & Measurable):
- Improved website (before/after summary)
- SEO foundation done + report
- Google + Meta accounts and campaigns ready.
- Tracking working
- 30–40 min video training explaining what was built and how I can run/request small changes later.
