Social Media Music Video Manager/Promoter

I am looking for an independent Social Media Campaign Manager (short term contractor) to help promote a thought provoking, inspirational new video on YT , TikTok, and other social media platforms.
The video deals with racial self acceptance and learning to love who you are.
Need to say up front that this is a limited budget project.
