Every touchpoint must land back in the CRM, so we can see a clean pipeline and know exactly where every lead sits.

I work to weekly sales targets, so you should be comfortable chasing numbers and just as comfortable nurturing existing customers to keep churn low. You will track all activities in our CRM software or booking app, schedule and monitor campaigns through our email marketing platform, and pull performance data from our social media management toolset. A concise end-of-week report showing calls placed, emails sent, leads converted, retention wins, and next-step recommendations will prove success.
