Senior Google Ads Specialist (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Proven track record managing monthly ad budgets of $30,000+ USD
• Strong experience with Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns
• Experience generating qualified leads and improving ROAS, CPA, and CPL
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
• Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and business objectives
• Fluent English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Google Ads Certifications
• Experience managing campaigns for US, UK, Canada, or Australia markets
• Experience working with agencies or managing multiple client accounts
