Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the automation and setting up of customer journeys within email campaigns
- Oversee the delivery process of these campaigns
- Engage in copywriting for these emails

The main focus of these email campaigns will be about enhancing our customer service and fan engagement.

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Advanced
- Proficient in email campaign management
- Excellent copywriting skills
