We are Matek Grup, a premium outdoor living systems brand expanding rapidly across global markets (Turkey, Europe, Middle East). We need a Russian-speaking digital specialist to help us build and manage our presence in Russia’s unique digital ecosystem.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. Localize our content
Translate/adapt Instagram posts (feed, stories, reels)
Adjust tone and message for Russian audience
Prepare platform-specific versions of content
2. Manage Russian platforms
You should know how to work with:
VK
Telegram (channels + content formatting)
Yandex
(Optional) Rutube, Yappy, Tenchat, depending on your expertise
3. Run and monitor paid ads
VK Ads
Yandex Ads
Telegram promotions
Optimize targeting & budget
Provide performance reports
4. Community & lead handling
Respond to inquiries/messages in Russian
Route leads to the Istanbul team
Track engagement and local trends
Requirements
Native or fluent Russian
Strong experience with VK, Yandex, Telegram
Ability to localize content creatively — not just translate
Experience running digital ads in Russia
Understanding of the current media/advertising environment
Reliable communication and weekly reporting
Nice to Have
Experience in architecture, construction, outdoor living systems or similar industries
Basic design or editing skills (not required)
