We’re seeking a marketing strategist and operator — someone who can turn raw creative content and big ideas into structured systems, dashboards, and measurable growth.
Your Mission
Take ownership of our organic and paid marketing ecosystem — websites, social channels, ad campaigns, and analytics — and build a scalable system that drives consistent visibility and trust for the firm.
Responsibilities
Content & Brand Oversight
Manage all digital platforms (website, social media, YouTube, Google Business).
Create, schedule, and analyze content via Canva and High Level (GHL).
Build content calendars (Notion/Airtable) aligned to brand goals.
Turn Dropbox raw footage into cohesive social and ad content.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain brand tone and message.
Analytics & Reporting
Build a unified marketing dashboard for:
Web traffic + SEO
Social engagement
Paid ad performance
Conversion rates
Budget tracking
Present insights and performance updates monthly.
Growth & Strategy
Identify content or campaigns that perform best and scale them.
Develop repeatable workflows for ongoing success.
Manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Support paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) as needed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within professional services or legal.
Proven experience building dashboards and analyzing multi-channel performance.
Excellent writing and creative direction skills.
Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, High Level (GHL), and Airtable/Notion.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Details
Hours: 20–30/week to start (expandable)
Location: Remote (Florida preferred)
Compensation: Hourly or retainer based on experience
