Recover Suspended UK Merchant Center

Our UK-based Google Merchant Center (GMC) account has been suspended for “Misrepresentation”, and we’ve already had three unsuccessful reinstatement attempts.
We are urgently seeking a Google Merchant Center expert who has successfully recovered suspended accounts, especially for Misrepresentation issues in the UK region.
Conduct a full audit of our UK store website, GMC account, and linked Google Ads.
Identify the root cause of the suspension — e.g., policy compliance gaps, missing legal pages, trust factors, or feed inconsistencies.
Suggest and/or implement corrective actions across website and product feeds.
Prepare and submit a professional, compliant appeal to Google.
Guide us through the reinstatement process until the account is fully active again.
Requirements:
Proven experience in resolving Misrepresentation suspensions (UK/EU focus preferred).
Deep understanding of Google Merchant Center policies and Shopping Ads compliance.
Familiarity with UK compliance requirements (VAT display, contact details, refund/return policy, etc.).
Must be able to provide evidence of past reinstatement success (screenshots, testimonials, etc.).
Google Partner / Ads Certification preferred.
