Realtor Recruiter Needed ASAP

Niksi Realty is a real estate brokerage in Arizona with currently having 20 realtors in it. We are looking to grow to 1000 realtors in Arizona, and then start expanding to other states. I'm looking to hire recruiters to increase the number of realtors in our team. The primary focus is on utilizing online lead generation techniques to reach potential realtors. Although the preferred platforms for online advertising were not specified, I am open to exploring various options such as social media, job boards, or search engines to maximize reach and effectiveness.We are willing to pay $200 per realtor you hire and successfully onboard.
