Professional Growth and Social Media Specialist

I am building two parallel support tracks around my daily workflow and would like to bring in the right people as soon as possible.
Track 1 – Professional Growth
My focus areas are software development and digital marketing, so I need an assistant who can sit beside me virtually each day, pair-research on GitHub, Stack Overflow and Google Scholar, and turn findings into bite-sized action items. You will suggest the next course or certification, flag relevant openings on LinkedIn, Glassdoor or Naukri, and even draft the first pass of each application. When quick snippets of code are needed, you will produce and test them; when deeper context is required, you will dive in, backed by ChatGPT or any other tool you trust, and return with concise explanations I can apply immediately.
Track 2 – Social-Media & Brand Outreach
My social channels need a dedicated hand that can plan a content calendar, polish raw footage/posts, and drive reach. I am looking for someone who edits, optimises and publishes with an eye on algorithms and brand aesthetics, then actively contacts potential sponsors or collaborators until signed offers arrive in the inbox.
If you feel comfortable handling only one track, state which. If you are confident you can cover both without compromise, tell me how you will split your time.
Key deliverables I will review weekly:
• A progress log with links, research notes for new opportunities and learning material.
• A pipeline of at least three qualified job or gig opportunities, complete with drafted applications.
• Scheduled and published social posts with performance stats and next-step tweaks.
• A running list of brand conversations, their status, and any negotiations underway.
Clear, proactive communication and the ability to translate research into executable steps are the traits that will make this partnership long-term. Looking forward to hearing how you plan to elevate both my professional path and online presence.
