Performance Marketer for DTC Beauty Brand

We’re an early-stage DTC beauty/skincare brand on Shopify looking for a performance-driven marketer to grow with us under a commission-only structure.

This is not a short-term gig. We’re building a real brand with long-term upside, not chasing quick wins.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can:
• Drive sales and growth, not just clicks
• Work with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or organic content
• Test, optimize, and scale based on data
• Think like a partner, not just a freelancer

Compensation (Important – Please Read)
• Commission-only (no upfront fees or retainers)
• Commission paid from net profit
• Initial goal: $30K profit within 6 months
• Commission percentage negotiable (10–15% range depending on performance)
• Long-term partnership potential if results are strong

Brand & Product Info
• Platform: Shopify
• Niche: Beauty / Skincare
• AOV: ~$50+ (custom bundles available to increase margins)
• Website recently redesigned with new products and improved layout
• Ads currently paused to onboard the right partner

What You’ll Get Access To
• Shopify store (product list, SKUs, data)
• Existing ads, creatives, and UGC (if applicable)
• TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads access
• Full transparency on performance and tracking

Ideal Candidate
• Has experience with Shopify + paid ads or organic growth
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation
• Understands early-stage brands
• Communicates clearly and consistently
• Willing to test and iterate
