Partnerships For Hybrid Skill Training
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I head outreach for Skellex Support & Development Foundation, a government-registered non-profit that moves young Indians from classroom to career in Hotel Management and BFSI. This year we must enrol at least 5,000 students and run a seven-month, ₹11,500-stipend internship that ends in guaranteed jobs starting at ₹20–25K. To hit those numbers I need a partner hunter and training specialist rolled into one.
Your primary mission is to open doors with reputable hotels, banks, NBFCs, insurers and training vendors who can host or co-deliver our hybrid courses (Zoom + on-site workshops) and then absorb interns on completion. Once a collaboration is green-lit, you’ll guide the practical side of training delivery—co-ordinating calendars, trainers, LMS access, venue logistics and assessment checkpoints—so every learner gets the hands-on experience industry demands.
Key deliverables I will measure:
• At least three signed partnership MoUs covering both training and placement quotas.
• A detailed hybrid delivery plan for each partner, including session outlines, trainer assignments and assessment methods.
• Smooth launch of the first joint cohort with feedback mechanisms in place.
If you already speak the language of Skill India, NSDC, NISM, PMSBY or have a track record forging academia-industry ties in hospitality or BFSI, you’ll slide straight into our workflow. Let’s empower thousands of youths together—show me how you’ll make those partnerships real and the training seamless.
