Partnership opportunities available - Multiple utility NFT projects at intersection of IRL and Metaverse

We are looking to offer partnerships (percentage of the profits) on various Web3/NFT/Defi projects we are building. More details on various projects will be provided over a virtual coffee chat/interview. If we mutually agree that there's a synergy where all of us can benefit, you'll be onboarded onto the team. You get to decide which project you want to work on. This ain't corporate. It's gonna be a DAO.
Who are we looking for:
1. Smart Contract Developers (Solidity, Rust, IPFS, Anchor, Infura/Alchemy) - Someone who has prev experience building NFT/Defi projects on Ethereum and Solana ecosystem. Love building tech but can't handle the infinite other aspects of a business? We got that covered. Let's go.
2. Full-Stack Web Developers (React, js, nodejs .....) Not limited to the following tech. If you prefer other frameworks and languages, but can do a pretty clean job - Let's go.
3. Artists (Graphic Designers, Illustrators, Animators, UX Designers) - Ideally, you should have experience working on prev projects, but not mandatory. If we like your previous work and you want to grind now so that you can party on a yacht in 5 years, let's go.
4. Digital Marketers/Growth Hackers - Should have experience growing Social medial brand following from the ground up. You the man. Let's go.
5. Community Managers - Any student can apply for this. The pay won't be much but you will be working with A-team building million-dollar projects. The stake may be small. But it's a big enough pie to cash in for those weekend parties and trips. And the learning and access to mentors like us is next to none. Let's go.

We are a team of 2 brothers - One went to IIT. Other to IIM. One learnt tech. Other learnt Business. We are curious about Web3 and quit our executive-level jobs to build multiple NFT projects bringing together real-life communities in various cities across the world.
