Meta Ads Technical Operator — Ongoing, Part-Time

I'm looking for ongoing, part-time support from someone who knows Meta Ads Manager inside out. Your core focus will be conversion-driven video campaigns. I'll supply the creative and strategic direction; you handle the technical execution end to end.

Responsibilities:

Set up new video ad campaigns, audiences, Pixels, and conversion events correctly the first time — including Business Manager dataset-to-ad-account connections (no recurring tracking errors, no attribution gaps).
Monitor performance daily via Ads Manager and Events Manager; spot delivery issues, tracking breaks, or payment failures quickly, and flag anything that could waste spend before it escalates.
Optimise continuously — audience refinement, bid strategy adjustments, placement shifts, and budget pacing — so we're consistently pushing toward a lower cost-per-purchase.
Run structured creative tests on assets I provide (hook variations, thumbnails, formats) and report which variables are driving performance differences.
Send a concise weekly report: campaign-level results, diagnostic insights (what the funnel data indicates — e.g., CTR vs. landing page view vs. add-to-cart drop-off), and recommended next steps.

Technical scope specifically includes:

Meta Pixel + Conversions API implementation and troubleshooting (Shopify integration)
Dataset-to-ad-account permission management in Business Manager
Conversion event configuration (Purchase, Add to Cart, Landing Page View, etc.)
Campaign/ad set/ad structure following CBO/ABO best practices appropriate to budget size
Advantage+ audience and placement configuration
UTM parameter consistency for attribution accuracy

Boundaries: Creative concepts, messaging, and strategic direction are mine — you execute, test, and optimise what's provided. Budget changes above an agreed threshold require sign-off before action.

Preferred: Experience running Meta Ads for Indian D2C health/wellness or supplement brands — familiarity with COD-heavy checkout behavior, health-claim ad compliance, and Amazon-vs-Shopify traffic allocation.
