Part-Time Digital Marketing Assistant
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking for reliable ongoing help with day-to-day growth tasks for my SaaS brand. Most publishing is already automated; what I need is a sharp pair of eyes and solid negotiation skills to keep everything moving.
Here’s how you’ll spend your hours with me:
• Nano-influencer sourcing & outreach – identify micro and nano creators, vet them, and negotiate fair rates.
collabs with solopreneurs and other small brands for shared giaveways or mutual discount promotions
• SaaS directory/marketplace sign-ups – complete new listings or update existing ones so our product is discoverable.
• Guest-post opportunities – research portals that accept contributed content and line up placements.
• Social listening – monitor Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube for brand mentions, questions, or trends worth reacting to.
• Light customer care – triage support emails and chat queries, pass anything technical back to me with clear notes.
Success for me means: new influencers in the pipeline each week, fresh backlinks or guest posts secured monthly, zero unanswered social comments for more than 12 hours, and a tidy shared inbox.
If you’re organised, comfortable chatting with creators, and already use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, BuzzSumo, or a comparable social listening platform, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle the role.
