Position Overview
We are hiring a Paid Ads Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. This role focuses on driving measurable growth through lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing.
Employment Type: Full-time / Long-term (preferred)
Working Model: Remote
Time Commitment: 8 hours/day (flexible depending on performance)

Remote (Global)
Preferred overlap with US time zones (optional but beneficial)
Responsibilities (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Daily
Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR…)
Optimize ads, budgets, and audience targeting
Test creatives, copy, and campaign variations
Weekly
Analyze campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities
Launch new campaigns or A/B tests
Coordinate with creative/content team for new ad assets
Monthly
Report on performance metrics and growth trends
Propose strategy improvements and scaling plans
Review budget allocation and ROI efficiency
Reporting & KPIs
Report directly to: Marketing Lead / Growth Manager
Key KPIs:
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Conversion Rate
Lead Quality / Sales Attribution
Reporting Format:
Weekly performance summary (Google Sheets / Dashboard)
Monthly strategic report with insights & recommendations
Collaboration
You will work closely with:
Creative team (designers, video editors)
Content / social media team
Marketing / growth lead
Occasionally sales or CRM team
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Meta & Google
Handle full PPC lifecycle: keyword research, targeting, bidding, budgeting
Write and optimize ad copy for high conversion
Track performance via Google Analytics & Tag Manager
Optimize landing pages and funnels (CRO)
Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones
Requirements
2+ years experience in Meta Ads / Google Ads (or equivalent)
Strong understanding of performance marketing & PPC
Experience managing multiple campaigns and budgets
Skilled in analytics, data interpretation, and optimization
Familiar with tools: Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager
Nice to Have
Experience in automotive / eCommerce
Experience with funnel building & landing pages
CRM & lead tracking knowledge
Compensation
Salary: $800 – $2,000/month (depending on experience)
Performance bonus based on results (ROAS / scaling success)
