Online Reputation Management – Content Removal & Search De-indexing
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are seeking an experienced Online Reputation Management (ORM) specialist to assist with the removal and de-indexing of outdated news articles and search results related to a legal matter that has since been resolved.
Scope of Work:
Identify and compile all relevant news articles, web pages, and search result URLs.
Reach out to publishers, editors, and website administrators with appropriate supporting legal documentation.
Coordinate voluntary content removal requests and legal takedown communications where applicable.
Submit search engine de-indexing/removal requests when eligible.
Follow up with publishers and other stakeholders until each request reaches a final outcome.
Maintain a detailed tracker documenting each URL, outreach status, responses, and resolution progress.
Provide periodic progress updates throughout the engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Familiarity with publisher outreach, content removal processes, and search engine de-indexing procedures.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters professionally and confidentially.
Experience working alongside legal teams or managing legally supported removal requests is preferred.
