I run a self-hosted educational website that offers high school-level courses in subjects like English, science, and math. The curriculum is based on both Libyan and international standards. The website is already live and functional, with interactive and self-paced content.

Now I’m looking for expert guidance on how to start selling these courses effectively. I’m not looking for a developer or designer—I need someone who understands the business side of online education and can guide me through the process of monetization.

What I need help with:

Developing a clear sales strategy (subscriptions, one-time payments, course bundles, etc.)

Optimizing the website’s course pages and user flow for better conversion

Setting up or reviewing payment systems (like Stripe or PayPal)

Creating or improving email marketing and lead capture systems

Driving traffic using SEO, content marketing, or paid ads

Connecting tools and platforms (LMS, email, analytics, etc.) to work smoothly

My current setup:

WordPress-based site using an LMS (LearnDash or Moodle)
