Need social media manager for my Instagram store

I need a person who can guide me in my new Instagram store. I want to promote my store on instagram, facebook and make a catalogue for my products . I also need the person to teach me some marketing techniques for my business to run. The project may start after sometime but I want to connect with the freelancer as soon as i can.
