Need a person to support virtually

Hi we have entered an agreement where we need to
1. To promote the video content and grow the channels(youtube,Facebook, Instagram)
2. Pitching clients for brand and product endorsement
3. Bring business as per growth of channel
4. Suggesting content of videos and using right hash tags to promote it

We just need someone who can devote 1 hour daily to support on this stuff to make it going.

As the channel is at starting stage so we can afford maximum INR1000 per month as stipulated
