Need an employee for my SMMA Agency

I am looking to hire a full - time Senior-level Social Media Manager for my SMMA Agency. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts for clients and will be able to create and implement effective social media strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Manage and optimize social media accounts for clients across various platforms
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an agency setting
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Ability to create engaging and shareable content
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus

This is a part-time role, with an expected commitment of 20-40 hours per week. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work remotely and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in various industries.
