Navigation Overhaul for Simpligrc.com

Job ID: 40414463

Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 CAD

I need simpligrc.com to convert more B2C visitors into paying students for our PECB courses. Right now people struggle to locate the right training and end up abandoning the journey. Your mission is to streamline the entire navigation and user experience so anyone landing on the site can intuitively browse, compare and purchase a course in a few clicks.

What matters most
• B2C sales of PECB courses are the only metric that counts. Every design, copy, or structural change should shorten the path from discovery to checkout.
• Navigation and overall UX are the priority. A clearer menu hierarchy, contextual links, and in-page cues should guide users directly to their desired course.
• “Better navigation overall” means improved menu logic, smarter cross-links within the course catalog, and a friction-free path through search, filters, and checkout—whether on desktop or mobile.

Scope of work
1. Audit the existing information architecture and identify roadblocks that stop visitors from finding courses quickly.
2. Propose a revised site map and navigation flow that groups courses logically and surfaces popular training up front.
3. Wireframe key pages (home, catalog, course detail, cart) so I can visualise the new journey before any code is touched.
4. Implement the approved layout within the current tech stack (CMS, theme, or custom build—confirm after audit).
5. Test for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance to be sure mobile users enjoy the same friction-free experience.
6. Launch changes in a controlled manner and monitor analytics for uplift in course views and completed purchases.

Acceptance criteria
• A visitor can reach any PECB course page in no more than three clicks from the homepage.
• Course catalog has intuitive filters and internal search returns relevant results within 0.5 s.
• Bounce rate on catalog pages drops and completed checkouts rise—benchmarks agreed before launch.
• No regression in site speed (Core Web Vitals remain green).

Include in your proposal a brief outline of your process, examples of similar navigation-focused projects, and the tools you plan to use (e.g., Figma for wireframes, Google Analytics for before/after tracking, any preferred CMS plugins if relevant). I’m ready to start as soon as I see a solid plan.
