Native Swedish Digital Marketing Specialist
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
MayBeauty is a fast-growing cosmetic brand in Northern Europe with over 100,000 customers.
We´re looking for a Native Swedish Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in managing digital campaigns and with outstanding project management skills.
Main tasks:
- Lead and manage digital campaigns.
- Define and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as FB and Instagram.
- Optimize growth based on KPIs and Goal Targets.
- Measure and report all paid marketing campaigns' performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Content creation: Create key messaging, write/edit content, social campaigns, articles, briefings, presentations etc. in Swedish.
- Influencer marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Campaign Analysis: Analyse the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.
- Project management skills: Effectively manage campaigns, ensuring they're delivered on time, to a high standard; communicating with social influencers, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Content & Digital PR, and Paid Media teams.
Non-negotiables: Excellent Swedish and English Communication Skills, proactive attitude, outstanding project management skills, being a diverse talent willing to handle various digital marketing tasks.
