I'm Ackim Simukonda, a fourth-year student at Mukuba University and on internship at Ndola Teaching Hospital, Zambia. I'm a young professional, leader, and digital innovator ready to contribute skills, discipline, and results to any organization, currently developing an app called Kims for Transportation Accommodation Health sports go social, chatroom and mentorship.

I'm open to job opportunities, including online and remote roles, as a Marketing Assistant, graphics designer, Finance Assistant, Digital Support Officer or any job available. Need nutritional support! I'm here be it diabetics, gastritis, tuberculosis, BP or malnutrition in general (under/over nutrition) I got you covered.

Leadership is about influence, responsibility, and results. I've developed my leadership capacity through practical and theoretical training, including certification "Beyond Success" by Dr. John C. Maxwell. I've gained skills in effective communication, personal discipline, team motivation, and decision-making.

Additionally, as a Mukuba University Student Union Finance Minister (2024–2025), I gained experience in financial planning, budgeting, and accountability. This role built real-world discipline, making me suitable for finance-related assistant roles.

I'm also digitally skilled, developing a super app called "Kims" that integrates multiple services. I'm comfortable with general computer operations, document prep, data handling, and online communication essential for marketing and online support roles. I take ownership of tasks and understand that trust is earned through consistency.
