More page visits; more leads; understanding how to use social media most effectively

I am looking for a digital marketing expert for two key issues:

1) social media: help me increase page visits and generate new leads through effective social media strategies.

Current Social Media Presence:
- My social media presence is moderate and inconsistent.

Goals for Social Media Engagement:
- My main goal is to generate new leads through social media.

Target Audience:
- I am targeting a specific demographic with my social media channels.

2) Improving site ranking and visibility through SOE improvement and (optional) ad campaigns

I am reasonably good in writing content myself (both longer for blogs) or shorter for FB. I am more looking into strategy advide, rather than content writing per se

Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in successfully generating leads through social media
- Understanding of social media analytics and metrics
- Familiarity with targeting specific demographics
- Understanding and knowledge of SOE and Google Analytics
