We are a growing construction company looking to hire a dedicated freelance digital marketing professional on a monthly basis. The role involves managing our online presence, running ad campaigns, and generating quality leads for our business.
Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Create engaging content (posts, reels, graphics, short videos) related to construction and infrastructure.
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Research competitors and industry trends to stay ahead.
Provide weekly updates and monthly reports.
Requirements:
Experience in social media & digital marketing (construction/real estate preferred).
Proven results in lead generation through ads and campaigns.
Knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop) and ad platforms.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Duration: Ongoing (monthly retainer)
Payment: Fixed monthly pay (to be discussed based on experience)
