Monthly Instagram Performance Report

I need a clear, data-driven report every month that tells me exactly how my Instagram account is performing. The focus is on three core metrics—follower growth, engagement rate, and post reach—so I can see what is improving, what is stalling, and why.

Here’s what I’d like to receive each cycle:

• An executive summary that highlights key numbers at a glance
• Visual charts tracking follower growth, average engagement rate, and reach per post, with month-over-month comparisons
• A deeper dive into top- and bottom-performing content, pulling insights directly from Instagram Insights or any third-party analytics tool you prefer (Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Data Studio, etc.)
• Actionable recommendations I can apply to the next month’s content plan
