Modern Oktoberfest Digital Banners
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
**Very important to be able to change photos from the town where the event will take place to "bavarain style" and to adjust images of toastmasters and comedian to bavarian style.**
I’m rolling out a modern-styled Oktoberfest and need a full set of digital visuals to drive traffic to the event website. The vibe should feel fresh, trendy and unmistakably Oktoberfest without leaning on the usual Bavarian clichés.
Scope
The entire project is digital. I’ll be updating the site’s hero area, promo slots, and mobile breakpoints, so I need banners in the standard website sizes—think large hero (1920 × 600), leaderboard (728 × 90), medium rectangle (300 × 250), and a slim mobile header (320 × 100). If you have other size recommendations that keep the brand consistent, suggest them.
Creative direction
• Color palette can nod to Oktoberfest (blue-white, warm amber, etc.) but presented in a sleek, contemporary way.
• Minimal text: event name, date, location, and a short call-to-action. Typography should be clean and readable on all viewports.
• Imagery may include modern graphic treatments of beer steins, pretzels, or festival scenes—avoid dated clip art. Original illustrations, smart stock usage, or photo manipulation are all acceptable as long as the final files are license-cleared.
Deliverables
• Layered source files (PSD or AI) for each size
• Web-ready exports (PNG and JPG, 72 dpi, optimized)
• A quick style guide covering font names and color codes so our in-house team can match future assets
Acceptance criteria
1. All dimensions delivered correctly and visually aligned (no stretched elements, legible at 100 %).
2. Colors and fonts match across sizes.
3. Files pass a quick asset-weight check (<500 KB per banner whenever possible).
Timeline is flexible but sooner is better; let me know your estimated turnaround and any questions you have about the event branding.
