I’m looking for a modern, clean, mobile-friendly/desktop friendly landing page designed to validate interest in an early-stage hiring/talent platform concept.

Primary goal:
Capture early-access signups and interest from:
* Workers/job seekers
* Employers/businesses

Requirements:
* Modern, minimalist design
* Strong UX/UI focus
* Mobile responsive
* Simple lead capture forms
* Integration with email collection/mailing list
* Fast loading and clean layout
* Ability to direct users into two pathways:
* Worker
* Employer

Information to collect:
* Name
* Email
* Industry
* Role information

Preferred experience:
* Landing page design
* Startup/product landing pages
* UX/UI design
* Lead generation optimisation
* Form integrations (Mailchimp/Tally/etc.)

Notes:
* This is an early-stage concept validation project, so simplicity, clarity, and user trust are important.
* NDA preferred.
* Experience with startup landing pages preferred.
