I am looking for a serious Ecommerce Performance Marketer / Mentor who can not only run ads but also teach me practically while working.

I am planning to build a D2C ecommerce brand.

What I need:

- Complete support from product launch to scaling
- Meta Ads + Shopify + Funnel understanding
- Guidance on reducing RTO and increasing delivery %
- You should teach me alongside execution (not just do the work)

Important:

- I need someone with real ecommerce experience (please share proof/screenshots)
- Prefer someone who has scaled a brand to at least ₹20L+/month

Working model:

- Monthly + performance-based (can be discussed)
