Meta Suite & Analytics Setup

I need someone to jump into my existing digital stack and straighten things out quickly.
Meta Business Suite is the first priority. I tried linking my Facebook page, Instagram business profile and WhatsApp number, but something is tangled—permissions look odd and the accounts will not stay connected. All three have to sit under one clean Business Manager with correct roles so I can run ads and view unified insights without error messages.
Once Meta is stable, I would like a quick health-check on the Google side. Google Analytics 4 is already installed on the site; I mainly need you to confirm that events are firing, clean up any duplicate streams and show me the simplest way to pull weekly performance reports.
Finally, my Google Business Profile is half done. The storefront details are live, yet the phone field will not verify and the WhatsApp link refuses to save. I just need those two items resolved so customers can reach me straight from Search and Maps.
I expect all of this can be wrapped up within a day or two as long as you are comfortable inside Meta Business Suite, GA4 and GBP. Access to all accounts is ready; we can hop on a brief call to hand over credentials and outline next steps.
