We’re looking for a Meta Ads expert to help diagnose and fix a retargeting campaign that is getting zero impressions, despite the audience being set up correctly.
The situation
All of our other Meta campaigns are working fine
This specific campaign is for retargeting (MOF & BOF)
It is built using custom audiences that are already populated and ready
The ads are approved, but delivery is not happening
We believe this is a setup / structure / delivery issue, not a creative issue
