Marketing, Automation & Growth Strategy Lead

This is an ongoing contract position. This lead role blends digital marketing expertise, AI-driven automation, and strategic growth planning. You will be responsible for our online digital presence and marketing and improve how we attract, convert, and retain customers, streamline processes, and bring fresh ideas to drive measurable results. You will plan and execute various marketing strategies to improve lead generation and automate processes in the company.

What You’ll Do
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns and content strategies

Manage and improve our WordPress websites, including creating landing pages and generating content

Create and send email newsletters and SMS campaigns for promotions and follow-ups.

Implement AI-driven automations for quoting, customer follow-up, and lead management.

Track KPIs: lead volume, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

Suggest and execute process improvements to make operations leaner and more effective.

Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver measurable growth outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in digital marketing, with measurable lead generation results.

Strong local SEO skills and WordPress management expertise.

Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and workflow optimization.

Excellent copywriting skills for ads, emails, and landing pages.

Strategic thinker with a self-starter mindset.

Bonus: Experience in HVAC, fuel delivery, or other home service industries.
