Looking for Scrum Master for Digital Marketing Project with one of the leading Enterprise Client

6 Months project

5 days a week, 30 hours a week engagement is required

The rate per hour is 700- 1000 INR

Digital Business Project, being undertaken along with a top tier consulting firm, is aimed at building digital capabilities of Tata AIA and ramping of life insurance business from key digital partnerships of Tata AIA.

Key Project Deliverables
1) Scrum Master brings the Journey Owner and Team together, helping them understand each other
2) Scrum Master can be a personal coach for team members who constantly seek ways to improve both themselves and the team
3) Drive the weekly sprint planning + orchestrate the sprints + define day-to-day priorities
4) Run the daily scrum call - oversee execution of all the activities + remove impediments to facilitate progress
5) Anchor coordination with teams within and beyond the squad
6) Foster self-organization and growth within the team, carefully managing key dependencies
7) Generate agile mindset in teams

Qualifications & Skills Details
(Education level, experience, specific skills, certifications, licenses & special requirements etc to be mentioned)
· Graduate/Post Grad – B Tech|BMS|MMS|B.Com|MBA
· Post Grad – with 7-8 yrs of experience
· Project Management Experience is must

· Certified Scrum Master is must
· Communication and writing skills (Must Have)
· Google and Adobe Analytics (Good to Have)
· Digital Marketing Knowledge (Good to Have)
