Long-Term SEO Traffic Growth

I need an experienced SEO and digital-marketing mind to take full ownership of our ongoing programme. Right now I already have on-page SEO, off-page SEO and technical SEO in place, but I want a sharp pair of eyes—and hands—to push each of those areas harder so that overall website traffic climbs month after month.
Your first job will be to audit everything that’s live: site architecture, current keyword targeting, backlink profile, crawl health and the analytics we’re collecting. From there I want a clear plan that spells out what to fix, what to amplify and what to launch next, backed by realistic traffic growth targets. Once we agree the roadmap, you’ll be responsible for executing it—writing or briefing optimised content, securing meaningful links, tightening up page speed and schema, monitoring rankings, and reporting progress so I can see exactly how the numbers move.
We work in Google Analytics, Search Console and similar tools, so please be comfortable pulling insights from them and acting quickly on what you find. Consistent communication, transparent reporting and a data-driven mindset are essential; the goal is simple but ambitious: steady, measurable increases in organic visits that translate into a healthier pipeline for the business.
