Long-Term Local SEO Strategy Partnership
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m launching a brand-new domain in a fiercely competitive local niche and I’m determined to take it to the very top of the SERPs. Achieving #1 rankings is the foremost goal, but I want to reach that position through sustainable, authority-building methods that compound over time.
Here’s where I need your senior-level thinking:
• Map out a topical authority framework from scratch—show me how you would build breadth and depth around our core themes so the site earns trust quickly.
• Balance on-page optimisation, internal linking, and local signals in a single, cohesive roadmap. I’m happy to use competitor research, customer intent work, or industry tools—whatever is necessary—as long as you can justify the choice.
• Advise me on which local SEO levers should move first. I’m looking for clear guidance on Google My Business, citations, local backlinks, and hyper-local content so resources are deployed where they matter most.
• Demonstrate how you assess competitor strength beyond surface-level metrics. I want to see you dig into link velocity, content velocity, technical gaps, entity coverage, and anything else that truly exposes opportunity.
• Outline the KPIs you would track in the first 3–6 months and explain why each one matters at that stage.
• Supply one case study where you turned a new or weak domain into a contender in a similarly tough space. Data, timelines, and your role must be clear.
Deliverables I expect up front:
1. A 12-month strategic deck with milestones and traffic/visibility targets
2. A comprehensive technical audit plus an implementation checklist
3. A content and internal linking blueprint tied to topical authority goals
4. A link acquisition and local citation plan with quality thresholds
5. A KPI dashboard template for monthly reporting
Acceptance criteria: The strategic deck must include timeline-based ranking projections, a risk mitigation section, and recommended tool stack. All recommendations must be data-backed and technically feasible on a new domain.
If you thrive on technical depth, strategic clarity, and transparent measurement, I’d like to review your proposal.
