LinkedIn Presence Cleanup & Coaching
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
I’m sitting on two LinkedIn company pages—one current, one legacy—and the admin structure is a mess. My priority is to align the live pages with the correct owners and administrators so everyone’s permissions and visibility make sense again. Once that foundation is solid, I want smarter cross-navigation between the two brands and clear best-practice links between the owners’ personal profiles and each company page.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Step 1 – Audit & removal: identify and take down outdated or duplicate company sites, documenting what disappears so nothing important is lost.
• Step 2 – Admin alignment: map the right owners, admins and content roles to each live page, using LinkedIn’s Company Page settings, Campaign Manager and (if useful) Sales Navigator.
• Step 3 – Navigation & branding: optimise the About, Products/Services, and Featured sections so switching between the two companies feels seamless for visitors.
• Step 4 – Profile synergy: tune the owners’ personal profiles so headlines, featured content and backlinks reinforce the company messaging without looking forced.
• Step 5 – Contact import: pull opted-in client lists from Mailchimp and set them up for LinkedIn connection requests or matched-audience campaigns, respecting all compliance requirements.
• Step 6 – Coaching hand-over: record a short Loom or Zoom walkthrough and leave me with a simple upkeep checklist so I can maintain everything myself.
Success for me means: no stray company pages visible to the public, the correct admins in place, smooth user pathways between both brands, and the confidence to repeat these tasks solo in the future.
When you reply, focus on your experience in LinkedIn profile management and digital strategy coaching—case snippets or quick before/after examples are perfect. No need for a full proposal yet; I’ll shortlist based on relevant experience and schedule a call to map timelines and milestones.
