Lifestyle App Promotion Campaign

I have just released two lifestyle apps and now I need a results-oriented promotion push that turns awareness into real installs and sign-ups. Now I need to have a company work with me to promote the apps. Only companies with proven success in a number of projects promoting apps need apply.

I will work with the company that has the best strategies for getting registrations on the two apps I have developed. I need to see a proposal for what a company feels is the best way to approach marketing an app for Android and Apple. And a broad idea of what the cost might be. This will be an ongoing relationship.
