Integrated Marketing for TCM Clinic
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We run an Acupuncture / Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic (https://artofzen.me/) in Lidcombe (NSW, Australia) and looking at opening a second location in the Sydney CBD. We are ready to move beyond ad-hoc promotions and develop a cohesive growth engine that will consistently fill both clinics.
Here’s what we need:
• A full-funnel strategy that blends Digital marketing, Local community engagement and Referral programs so our message is seen online, talked about offline and recommended by existing patients.
• Channel execution across Social media and Content marketing (blog posts, short-form and long-form video).
• Platform-specific calendars and creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, each tailored to the needs, language and pain-points of people who seek acupuncture, TCM and allied-health care.
• Guidance on community outreach—local partnerships, workshops, health talks—that positions us as the go-to natural health resource in Lidcombe and the CBD.
• A referral framework that motivates GPs, physios, chiropractors and current patients to recommend us, with clear tracking so we can double-down on what works.
• Transparent KPIs and simple reporting so that we can see exactly how many new enquiries, bookings and repeat visits the program generates.
You’ll be free to pick the tools you know best—whether that’s Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, or something else—as long as the plan is sustainable for our in-house admin team once the initial ramp-up is complete.
We don’t expect one marketing person to handle everything end‑to‑end. We already have a substantial library of digital and marketing assets, and we can assist with creating new materials, including ad copy, though we are weak at creating graphics and images. What we need is someone who can guide our overall marketing direction and, where budget allows, take a hands‑on role in content creation.
If you have a track record of scaling service-based health practices and can map out the first 90 days of activity, I’d love to hear how you’d approach this and what success would look like.
Additional notes:
1. Australia has strict anti-spam regulations, so we will not consider inclusion of the following channels: email and telemarketing.
2. We have indicated a fixed-price for this project. In your bid, please indicate your anticipated hourly (in AUD) rate, should more marketing activities be required in the future, beyond what is described in this brief.
3. The fixed price is anticipated to be spent on the marketing personnel labour hours. Please indicate in your response, anticipated spend on Google ads (etc), based on prior successful experiences.
