200 Industrial Electronics Backlinks(please read the requirements before bidding)

I need an experienced link-builder to secure 200 fresh, white-hat backlinks for my industrial electronics website. Here is exactly what I’m after:
• 190 links must come from domains with a DR above 30, carry do-follow attributes only, and sit on sites already attracting 1,000+ monthly visitors.
• The remaining 5 links have to be hand-picked from sites that already link to major industry leaders in the electronic space. Please review their backlink profiles, identify the placements that fit our brand, and handle the outreach. If any of those ten placements require a fee, I will pay the website directly ,and you or me can provide the guest post blog (it depends on the cost)
• A complete backlink report (URL, DR, traffic, , placement date) is required the moment the work is finished.
