Independent expert digital marketer

Hey there!! I am Ashutosh looking for an independent digital marketer with some experience where he/she would be responsible to run ads for my e-commerce platforms as well as for my real estate firm...I am looking to hire an independent digital marketer on a monthly salary basis of around 7-9k per month where he/she will have to work 4-5 hours a day in my team for us.
