Immigration Appeal Leads Campaign

Job ID: 40201278

Budget: $30 – $250 CAD

I’m a Canada-based immigration lawyer finishing my appeal accreditation and I want to make appeals—rather than general visa work—the core of my practice. To do that, I need a digital marketer who can consistently bring in qualified prospects who have already received a refusal and are now considering an Immigration Appeal Division challenge.

Your brief

The main acquisition channel will be paid social. Please build, run, and optimise campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram that drive visitors to a dedicated consultation-booking funnel. Complement this with tightly targeted Google and Bing ads so we appear the moment someone searches for “immigration appeal lawyer”, “spousal sponsorship appeal”, and similar intent-rich phrases.

What I’ll look for from you
• A clear audience and keyword framework focused exclusively on Canadian immigration appeals
• Creative, copy and landing page suggestions that speak to clients who are worried about a recent refusal
• Conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, Bing UET) and weekly performance reports highlighting cost-per-lead and booked consultations
• Ongoing budget allocation and bid optimisation to scale what works and cut what doesn’t

Acceptance criteria
1. First leads inside two weeks of campaign launch
2. Cost-per-lead target agreed in advance and met for at least 70 % of leads over the first month
3. Transparent access to ad accounts, data and reporting dashboards

If you’ve successfully generated professional-services leads in Canada before—especially legal or immigration—let’s talk.
