We are an operating cleaning company in Queensland Australia specializing in bond cleaning and carpet cleaning. We are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert who can handle paid marketing and SEO to generate immediate, high-quality leads.
This is not a branding-only role. Our main goal is phone calls and booking enquiries as soon as campaigns go live.
Responsibilities
Set up and manage Google Ads (Search preferred)
Optimize or set up Local SEO / Google Business Profile
Keyword research focused on high-intent local searches
Create or optimize landing pages for conversions
Set up call tracking and lead reporting
Ongoing campaign optimization to reduce cost per lead
(Bonus) Experience with Facebook/Instagram lead ads
Requirements
Proven experience generating leads for cleaning companies or home services
Ability to launch campaigns quickly (within days, not weeks)
Strong understanding of local SEO and Google Maps rankings
Transparent reporting (calls, forms, cost per lead)
Must use ethical (white-hat) SEO practices
Fluent communication and regular updates
