Hotel Listing Reset & Optimization

We have just reopened our hotel and our old Google My Business listing is still showing outdated photos, wrong contact numbers and incorrect opening hours. My first priority is to clean out everything that no longer applies and present a fresh, trustworthy profile that drives new room bookings.

You will be working exclusively inside Google My Business. The assignment starts with a full audit, followed by the removal of legacy images, phone numbers and any references to the former operation. Once the slate is clean, I need the profile rebuilt to highlight our relaunch and encourage direct reservations.

Deliverables
• All outdated content removed and cache cleared
• New high-quality photos uploaded and properly tagged
• Correct phone, email, website link and physical address entered
• Current opening hours published, including holiday variations
• Categories, attributes and booking buttons configured for maximum visibility
• Final review with me to confirm everything displays as intended on desktop and mobile

The result I expect is a listing that appears up-to-date in Search and Maps, shows our best images first and funnels potential guests smoothly to the booking engine or call button.
