R8 Agency, based in Qatar, is seeking experienced international recruitment agencies for a long-term partnership to assist in the bulk hiring of motorbike riders for our logistics clients on a monthly basis. Our goal is to reach more than 3,000 applicants this year as a first stage.
Scope of Work:
• Source candidates from targeted overseas markets
• Screen and shortlist qualified applicants
• Verify essential documents (passport, driving license, experience certificates)
• Provide a video of each candidate riding a motorbike
• Assist in the mobilization and onboarding process
Job Offer (For Candidates):
• Competitive salary based on the number of completed orders
• KPI-based incentives
• Average monthly income starting from USD 600 (based on a minimum of 450 orders/month)
• High-performing riders can earn USD 1,200 – 1,300+ per month depending on performance
• Accommodation provided
• Free visa and related documents provided
• Onboarding support provided
• SIM card provided
• Motorbike and fuel provided
• training and guidance provided
• Comprehensive support documentation provided (food handling certificate, health card, life insurance, etc.)
• Consultation fee of USD 1,750 to be paid by candidates and it’s the resources of the recruiter to collect and send to Qatar. (covers training, driving license facilitation, and transportation)
Recruitment Details:
• USD 100 per successfully deployed candidate is paid by the applicant to the recruitment agency.
• Payment is made upon candidate arrival and successful onboarding in Qatar.
• The recruiter or manpower agent is responsible for guaranteeing the performance and behavior of the riders for the first three months.
